Originally from coastal Virginia, and a graduate of Virginia Tech, Joy has happily relocated to the Topsail area thanks to her husband’s Marine Corps career. They were married shortly after his 2014 ITC graduation - talk about some life changes - and have been a part of the MARSOC family ever since. Three deployments and one son later, Joy is looking to give back to our wonderful MARSOC and military communities by offering attentive, diligent, stream-lined real estate services. As a Certified Military Relocation Specialist, Joy aims to deeply understand her clients' needs, while working with the utmost integrity to smoothly close each transaction. She has fallen in love with greater Topsail and is highly knowledgeable in the Sneads Ferry, Holly Ridge, Surf City, Hampstead and Northern Wilmington areas. Despite specializing in military relocation, she welcomes clients from any and all walks of life.
